Ingredients:

Vegetable gelling agents, acids, non-nutritive sweeteners (aspartame*and acesulfame-K), acidity regulator, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), flavourings and colourants.

*Contains phenylalanine, a common amino acid found in all meats, milk, vegetables etc.

Instructions for use:

• Pour contents of sachet into a bowl/jug.
• Add 100ml of cold water and mix until smooth.
• Add 400ml of boiling water and stir to mix until all contents are clearly dissolved.
• Pour into moulds/serving bowls.
• Allow to cool, will set with or without refrigeration.
• Best served cold.
